If you REALLY want to stop, you've got to have willpower. Find something else to do with your spare time. If it's that bad, they have support groups.

Dude, you need to go to the meetings. It's anonymous, free, and should be close to you. At least go and check it out. You are powerless over your addiction, right? I would say to just get hold of yourself but that appears to be the problem.

But if you want to stop, you just don't do it, get involved in other things, put blockers on your computer if needed.

Man I try to do other things.Its not bad to where I would harm someone.I do it when I'm alone and in a self place.But it's like I can't wait to be alone so I can look at it.Man it's crazy.It took me some time to just get the fact that I'm a porn addiction.

Admitting you have a problem is the first step. Now what are you going to do? Go get help.If you are embarrassed about going to the " porn addicts" meetings( you shouldn't be) then go to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting and see what the twelve steps are all about. You just substitute your porn addiction for alcohol. You don't have to talk, just listen. Sit back and LISTEN. Your addiction will only get WORSE if you don't seek help. You have the answer, just go. Well, getting a uselull hobby to distract yourself (sports would be a good one as an example) and give you something else to do would be a good start.

Wow like I know there is a world out there.

Install a parental control utility on every computer you use. Open notepad
Type a crazy random numbers password.

Copy and paste it into parental control utility. Delete the file so you won't remember it or can look for it.

Now all you have to do is not to uninstall the utility. And then delete all your porn. If you feel the urge, masturbate using your fantasy instead of porn.

Worked for me.

This is a real addiction for many people and it seriously interferes with their daily life. Your levity is a cheap shot at someone's else's problem.

That is like telling an alcoholic they can have a few drinks now and then.Addiction does not work that way.
