How do I clean up start menu? (Screen shot attached)
I've followed all the advice under CB's computer maintenance tips. Now I would like some help with my start menu. What can I delete?

    igfxtray.exe
This program is a non-essential system process, and is installed for ease of use via the desktop tray

netscape client (unless you use netscape and think you may need it-user prefernce, will still work without that being in starup)

    quicktime task
    Not needed in startup items

    tkbell
    Not needed in startup items

    ISUSPM
Only needed if you have programs that update themselves automaitically - but you can always update apps yourself (user preference)

    MSMSGS
Only if you want MSN to start when computer starts

    Sun Java Update
    Not needed

I would suggest you disable these in msconfig rather than using ccleaner
    -Start, run, type msconfig
    Hit enter
-Go to startup tab and take check marks out of items mentioned
-Click Apply and let computer restart

Not sure if this is the place to do it, but thanks very much for your response. After using CCleaner and following your advice, my computer is significantly faster and smoother.

I agree with the advice you gave. Just a note about CCleaner: it allows you to "Disable" which is the same as unchecking in msconfig. But the main reason for using it is for the Delete button. :-)
