    How is Wal Mart a hindrance to our economy? (meaning how is it bad for our economy.. needing to exaplin in detail.)

    It buys so much from 3 world nations, from slave labor camps and sweat shops that the US business can not compete. So things bought there take away from a lot of US jobs.

    They have even been found guilty of making people working though breaks, and even making them work while clocked out. ( current class action law suit)

    Well,walmart is a large retailer who has the ability to engage in predatory pricing to eliminate its competitors and price wars with equally large retailers.this could hinder the growth of smaller retailers.
