    Diet for cirrosis
    I need some info about what foods would be good for my cirrousis and hep c.I am retaining fluids so saltis not an option.I am very tired with no energy. Meat intake is very limited because my protiens are high.iif anyone has info it would be appreciated.

    Detoxing your digestive system is good
    You also need to eat lots of fresh vegetables, whole grains, cereals, whole pulses, beans, legumes, lots of fresh fruits, organic fruit juices and vegetable juices

    Avoid canned soups, prepackaged foods, processed foods, cold cuts, soy sauce, catsup and mayonnaise because they contain high amounts of salt. You can use lemon juice and other herbs to substitute salt in your diet.
