    Notice to Quit?
I have a property that I used to visit family. Recently my x brother n law ask to rent it. I explained to him that I use it to visit family and in case I have an emergency and have to move back home. I originally had tried to have my mother and father move there because their house is practically falling in. After all this conversation, the x still want to move there and expressed that he would move if anything like this were to happen. 2 months later, my father has had a stroke and in order for me to care for him I need my home. When I ask the renter to move and explained my situation, they are practically refusing to move, stating they have their own hardships. As an emergency situation (I feel it is) This is my home, and I need it to care for my father. How can I have them removed and the fastest way. The renters have known this for 3 weeks now. The property is in Georgia.

Unfortunately, especially if he is paying rent and is current, you will need to go through the full eviction process.

What state is the property in?
