Het guys I'm 17 and male I got my hair cut short yesterday and died my hair from light brown to black and it is extremely dark does anyone know of any ways to lighten this does dish soap work?

First off, if you didn't want it dark, then why did you dye it BLACK, the darkest "color"? (actually, it's not a color, but this isn't the science board)

What type of hair dye did you use? Try reading on the box for thinning the dye? Or maybe a customer support number?

Why would you use dish soap? It's your hair, not dishes, use shampoo.
