Getting spark. Put gas in intake but it didn't help. Doesn't sputter. Could it be the carb?

First that is Intec, short for Innovative Technology.
It does not sound good. Sounds like no compression for some reason. Ro have spark and putting gas in the intake is not a good sign. The engine only has to have fuel, ignition and compression to run. Of course, each must arrive at their allotted time.
