    Gaining Child Custody
    My daughters mom is trying to get full time custody in the state of NC. The baby's mom and her immediate family has a history of mental illness.
    The baby's mom is also not with money and her credit is horrible.

    Yes this is a question? I have a hearing in Nov and ihave lost my job due to court matters, I need all the advise I can get

    So what is the question? Are you trying to get full custody of the child? If so, you have to prove the mother is unfit and a danger to the child. Her financial situation has nothing to do with that.

    You lost your job due to Court matters? What does that mean?

    What is the November hearing about? Did you file a Petition or did the mother of the child?
