I about the system mechanic professional version 8 by iolo and installed it a week ago. Today I'm on my computer and it pops up saying that my subscription is disabled and that I can buy a subscription. But when I go into my account with iolo it says that I still have 11 months on my subscription. How do I get my antivirus enabled and fix this whole mess?

I would contact customer support and explain what has happened. It sounds to me like your subscription isn't valid, yet you have paid for it.
