Please tell me what to do if the outside unit on a Lennox brand a/c unit is not running? The inside a/c turns on and blows cool, not cold air. Thank you.

1st check your breakers,, in power box turn completely off ,then back on
2nd ,go out to outside unit listen closly, do you hear anything, a light humming anything at all
