John deere lx 176 mower, I need the routing for the drive belt from the rear wheels to transmission

I think you mean engine to transaxle. Fan is transaxle end. Put on rear first, yes it can be worked around the fan; get it started and rotate fan. Be sure it remains in tranaxle sheave at the end, it can fall down.
