    My ac unit outside
My unit (ac) outside was not blowing any cold air or sucking it from the large vent so I checked the unit outside and didn't find anything wrong until I put it back together and watched it turn on and then saw the pipes and motor start to freeze up what does this mean it is out of freon or what?

Your indoor or blower motor might not be running. Could be a capacitor, relay or motor itself.

Motor freezing up,, could you mean the compressor?

Has your unit had a history of leaking freon in the past?
Have you checked and sure you have a clean filter?
If yes to above questions you probably are low on freon and need to call out a hvac tech.
Wondering how long has it been since your equipment has been serviced and cleaned your condenser coil and indoor evaporater coil should be inspected to make sure nothing is dirty or stopped up
