Wage Inequality in the Automotive Industry
How wage inequality is measured in the automotive industry?

    Perito

Are you talking about things like older workers making $35 an hour while new workers, just starting, making $16 an hour doing exactly the same job? (This is built into their union contracts). Of course, now that GM and Chrysler have gone bankrupt, everyone works at $16 per hour.

I'm not sure how it's measured, but you could measure it using the actual wage.
