    What is the sentence for aggravated robbery in Texas ? My son has been locked up in the dallas county jail for going to purchase marajuana and the other guy came in the house and killed someone. The other guy got life w/o possibility of parol. Can you answer my question please WHAT IS THE SENTENCE FOR AGGRAVATED ROBBERY ?

    It's not as simple as that. If it was, we could just fire all the judges and look it up in a book. There are LOTS of factors that go into sentencing, and we know NONE of them.

    I'm talking about things, like is he GUILTY for one, whether he took a plea bargain, the quality of his lawyer, the evidence against him, his criminal record, his age, his economic status, his education, his remosefullness if he has any, his cooperation...

    And I've only just begun.

    So, if it as ME, I'd hire the best criminal lawyer I could find, because I don't think your son is guilty of much. But, he's liable to get slammed real hard.
