I have recently (over the past week or so) seen a small amount of a redish / brownish colour within my ejaculate. I have no pain during or after and there is no trace of the same colour when I urinate.

Could you tell me what could be causing this? I would appreciate your help in putting my mind at rest.

Without knowing underlying medical conditions, we can't diagnose on AMHD but I would say it isn't a big deal to have blood in your ejaculate but I would have it checked out.
