If a judgment is obtained for a debt and a bill of discovery is required by the court; the bank account is listed in the bill of discovery; are the funds subject to garnishment in Texas?

As a general rule Texas does not allow wage garnishment but there are exceptions such as child support.

Do you mean a bank lien? It appears to me that a bank account can be liened in Texas. I see nothing to the contrary.
