    Can The Pastor Of Our Church Quit Claim The Deed To His House To The Church? If So, What Type Of Deed Should He Use? Non- Warranty? Warranty?

    ANYONE can quit claim their interest in real estate... they DEED is a quit claim deed - it only conveys what the maker has.
