Why can't we answer if we don't even know ? Im answering and don know. You want to know why I am answering, because you are assuming you are going to get some smart answers, well you assumed correct, dragonking. Now why in the world would someone answer if they don't know how to decode a cell phone ?

I looked at your profile and your just a know it all that don't know anything. That's why I said only if you REALLY KNOW to apply. That way I didn't get any DUMB or SMARTASS answers.

Just what I thought, however, I don't know why you are so derogatory and are absolutely lacking in any sense of humour which won't get you very far around here. I don't think there is anyone around here who will actually tell you how to decode a cell phone, dragonfly. It sounds illegal. Is it a cell phone you found, or whatever ?

I think you have to buy software for that, dragonking.
