I have pulled up carpet in hallway stains on floor how do I get this out

Usually you can't get the stains out.. how long was the carpet down for? Maybe you should consider laying floating floor ontop of the hardwood..

Depending on finish on floor and type of stain, will determine if stain is removable without refinishing floor.

U could have floor sanded and refinished by a pro for a lot less then laying a new floor over it.

Depends on the size of the floor really.. for a few hundred dollars I laid floating floor in my whole place. Mind you I did lay it myself

With laminate floating floor, read specs on installation and cleaning before buying. Some will delaminate if gets too wet.

As a carpenter, I have not seen a laminate floor as warm and beautiful as real wood.
