I have a strange red spreading itchy warm rash that has spread a lot. I haven't had it long and its getting worse and itching horribly.does anyone know what it is? Does anyone have advice on how to get rid of it?

You could be allergic to something.
Try noticing what all you do or are around when you get the rash.
Also flaxseed oil or omega fatty acid is good for many skin problems.
