    Divorce proceedings
I'm curious if the fact that I am a student can cause me to lose custody of my son even though a juvenile court already granted me full physical custody earlier?

I would assume you mean "family" court. But no if you can provide for your child. That should not be a major factor

Psst.. I had found out recently that in some states it IS the juvinile court that handles custody matters. I know sounds odd but its true. So for now in the U.S. there can be 3 types of courts making the decisions of child custody and support.

    Civil court

    Family court

    Juvinile court.

Depending on the state it is originated in.
