I, the defendant, served the Plaintiff with Request for Admissions, Interrogatories and productions of documents on June 5th, giving them the normal 30 days to respond, it is now July 14th and still no answers. Can anyone tell me what my next plan of action would be?

Long Story, short, I was served with a Replevin to recover a Cockatoo I took into Rescue. Webster County Court, Missouri, Civil Court.

Ok, has a court date been set? You can ask the court clerk what you do about his failure to respond. But generally you just point this out to the judge at the hearing.

OK Thanks, court date was set and then cancelled, they are trying to add on another defendant, who has not been served yet and it has been 3 weeks today since there last motion to leave and no more action on the case.
