    Unconditional green card lose?
    Hello guys
    I was married for us citizen since 6 years ago we got married at my country then applied for IR! visa and I got unconditional green card for 10 years and I received it more then 2 years ago things turn ugly between us now because of alcohol and pot she smokes can I lose my unconditonal green card for divorce please give me answer that you are sure about it .

    If you got regular (not conditional) permanent residence, then you are a PR and can divorce without any immigration consequence except for time to qualify for citizenship. If you are still married at the 2 year 9 month mark, you can file for natz, if not, then 4 years 9 months.
