I received a Bad Conduct Discharge in 1984 for a petty larceny and was sentenced to a year confinement. Is this considered a felony ?

This was while in the military right?

Those crimes aren't readilly equatable to misdemeanor's or felony's. In the civil world, it would be a misdemeanor, but it really depends on whose asking.

Can you get it expunged?? I don't think the military provides for that. Can you be pardoned?? I think you can. It'll take a lawyer, though.
