When I go into a game on Pogo I get this message.(Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and has to close send report or don't sent a report.:( Anybody know how to fix this problem? All help is welcome. I am not computer smart.:D )

Hi Ruths,
One possible thing you could try (I had this same problem every time I even opened IE a while back):

On the menu, go under Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions." This will require you to restart your computer. You can always recheck the box and restart again if it interferes with anything. This problem is sometimes caused by a bad browser extension.

For the last 2 days, I've been trying to get on to the Internet Explorer (IE), but what I get is a message that says,"You are not authorized to view this page." I've been registered with IE for almost 10 years.

Which website are you trying to access. The message means that the website has a page which is a secure page .

Try "Not send report" and see what happens,OK?
