Hi I'm in arelationship for 5 years with a good man but he runs me down and expects too much of me he is a lorry driver and would be away a lot and I'm alone I have children but I had seen an ex boyfriend one day qnd I thought he was hot we always talked when we seen each other very rarly then we got in touch we met up and had sex but how do I know if he has feelings for me what do I do relationships

What kinds of things does he expect from you? Are the children his too? If you're not happy in your relationship, it's a better idea to talk about it with your partner and/or split up rather than have sex with someone else.
I'm guessing that you said he's a sorry driver. I don't see what that has to do with your relationship.

You are currently in a relationship... been in it for 5 years. He drives a truck or something for work so he's not around much. He expects too much of you when it comes to the relationship. Then you see your ex boyfriend out, talk to him, and have sex with him. And you are asking if your ex has feelings for you?
How about you take care of your CURRENT relationship first before anything else. It doesn't matter what your boyfriend expects from you, you CHEATED on him. Just because he "runs you down" does not justify you sleeping with another man.
End your relationship now and be single... don't go from one guy to the next. I like how you are asking advice on whether your ex likes you or not, and just glazing over the fact that you are currently in a 5 year relationship... it speaks in volumes.
