Ok well to start I've had it for about 4 months but it was rather small and shiny I look at my penis today and it transformed into a small little shiny pimple looking thing to a huge swollen bump I mean its 5 cm in diameter and about 3 cm tall its on the lower right hand side of my penis about an inch from my sac I tried to pop it and a verrrrryyyy tiny of zit puss came out but I don't think it's a zit as of now its has a shiny spot and is VERY swollen

Well, if you are sexually active it very well COULD be an STD, however if not, sounds like it hurts and could become problematic or infected, so go to the doctor. If you don't want your parents to know, your local health department has a free std clinic, and even if it's not an std they would look at it for you---and treat you for it. It is in a very easily infected area, so keep it clean until you get to a doctor.

Boys can get zits on their penis', as well as boils, and ingrown hairs.

I would consider showing this to your father. And DO NOT Pop it any further. If you don't know what it is, don't do ANYTHING to it.

But at least show it to a parent or see a doctor.


And yes, it can be an STD unless you have never touched, kissed, made out, given oral, gotten oral (head) ever.

I got it tooken care of, it was an ingrown hair. I guess it got to big and exploded. The hair was 2 and a half inches long :o

Hehe glad you got it taken care of. Ingrown hairs can hurt especially there.

Hey I'm am just wondering if any of you guys no about this I am 13 and masterbater 4 or 5 times a week sometimes twice a day so I was doing it and a noticed a rather larger bump about a centemeter above my testecals I tried to squess it and a little pus came out. I don't think it is a pimple because it is huge and hurst please help I am concerned.
