So my friend is having relationship problems... he told me that all he and his partner are always fighting from time to time and that when its her fault on something she blames it on him... I know that he really loves her and doesn't want this relationship to end in my opinion I think some time away would be good but usually breaks like those never end well

What should I tell him?

He needs to think about what he want because if the two of them are always fighting then it means their relationship lack mature, open, civil communication. Without communication you have nothing. If the two of them can't talk to one another then they have no relationship.

He can either try to work on this issue or stay and with the fights or leave. However, please note that it takes two to make a relationship work so if his girlfriend isn't willing to work on their communication issues then he is better off without her.

On a side note--don't get to caught out with his problems. You can say what you have to say to him then leave it alone. Some people don't listen when their in love.
