I’m trying to find a movie ( Sci-Fi ? ) made in color about a company developing the perfect commercial using the latest in technology, computers follow where your eye goes while watching a TV commercial etcetera. I recall one of the owners / developers had some sort of a stun gun that flashed like a camera rendering whoever wasn’t wearing special sunglasses unconscious. I remember a scene where a guy (reporter or cop) was driving a civilian car and was flashed by the gun. When he woke up his car was in a water fountain. Ring any bells??
