By my reckoning you are cleaning approximately 1,200 sq ft of medical.

Since yo are doing this only once per week the charge per sq ft should be larger, I suggest about $.20 to $.23 per sq ft for the cleaning.

For the carpet vacuuming and sweeping and dry mopping of the hardwood another $.03 to $.04 per sq ft.
