Could anyone please advise me on how we can derate the transformer?:)

Would please be more specific as to the conditions you are trying to meet. For example are you derating the transformer due to harmonic loads, loss of cooling, load shape, transfomer accessories (new bushings or tap changer), different oil, air cooling system, etc.

I could be of a little help if I knew more about the conditions.
