    Electric and Grounding
I just replaced light switch, light continues to stay on when you click the off button, installed the wires the same way we took off. Also I am not getting enough current to work the other appliances in the house,ex.the refrigerator and air conditoner. What is my problem and solution? Do I need to ground something?HELP!!

Grounding has nothing to do with the functionality of circuits.

If all you did was replace a single switch and all that other stuff is not working I really don't know what to say. It could be so many things.

Is there any chance that all those other items are on the same circuit? I hope not, but it would explain a lot.

What do you mean "not getting enough current to work other appliancs"?

Describe wires in switch box and what you did.
