I'm an occupant listed on the lease. My uncle is the primary tenant, however he
Travels frequently and is rarely home.
Is there a specific time limit that the primary tenant has to occupy the premises? Can the occupant be evicted ?

I would assume unless there is a specific clause in the lease, you could lease a home and never live there as long as you pay the payments.
Normally there are clauses as to it being for residential use only and so on, But I know of people who rent/lease cabins that they use only seasonly. Or for weekends only.
I would say that if you said what nation this is, and if the US what state, and also have you read the lease ?
Now on the other hand, if your uncle rented the residence not to really live there but only for you to live there, and there some some fraud on the lease, they could evict on those grounds.
