    Can I sit for nursing licensure exam with 2 misdemeanors that I got pardons for?
    I have a misdemeanor charge for petty theft and third degree conspiracy in 2005. I received a pardon for both and I want to know am I elgible to sit for the NJ state licensure exam for nursing?

    If you received a pardon, for all intents and purposes, it never happened.
