My F1 visa was cancelled due to fake bank statement given to me by an agent, I was issued a visa and later called to the embassy where it was cancelled. My question is If I am applying for a K3 visa in future will this cancellation have an impact on it though I was not put under any ban.

Yes, it impacts your credibility and the fact that you have had a visa cancelled. Be sure to disclose this on the DS-156 or DS-160 and be able to explain it to the conoff.
