Don't be nervous, stressed, scared or confused and you will do fine.
Pay attention to everything and be yourself.

Don't let yourself get into the habit of procrastinating. That's when I really started procrastinating. Because no one was over my shoulder making sure I was doing my work anymore. Just keep doing your best. Now might be a good time for you to try out new sports or clubs, different extracurriculars, so you can get into things in high school. That will help you years later when you get to college applications. :)

    Hi, drumer5289!

Will you be going to a junior high school where some of your friends will also be attending?

    Thanks!

I wonder why that is, drumer5289? Has your family moved to a different location?

    Thanks!

Junior High is usually a mixture of a variety of Elementary schools. Yes, some of the people from your elementary school will be going and some 'strangers'. Keep in mind that they are going to be meeting a lot of new 'strangers' as well and it won't be long until you are making new friends.

The more you worry, as you have posted about this before and the more that you build this up, the more frightening it will be for you. Sit back and relax, enjoy the rest of summer. Spend extra time at your orientation touring your Junior High so that you know where you new rooms and locker will be. I promise you will wonder in two months what you were so afraid of. Everyone is in the same boat with you. This is going to be a new school for you, but it will be a new school for a lot of others as well.

Well I'm going to middle school this August too and all I can say is to:
Study the whole time before each test
Don't take a class because your friends are If you hate it, you can't change it.
You don't need a guy to be cool or happy
Have your own style and stick with it
Always keep an extra set of clothes in your locker in case you spill something
Never let your enemies see you cry, that only lets them win
Don't get crushed by a crush
Don't worry about what other people say you look great
    What goes around comes around
    Hope this helps!!
