Moving within state with child out of wedlock
1 out of wedlock born in cali
    2 infant is 8 weeks
    3 no paternity established
4 father not on birth certificate
    5 no child support order
6 no order from the courts, just nothing

Can mother move inside the state?
    If no why not?

    Thank you

Does the father even know he is the father and what does he say?
Do you plan on filing for support?

I don't see why not if he wants nothing to do with the kid and you aren't going after him for support. In that case things are mutual. If he changed his mind later he would have to go prove paternity before he did anything else.
