I have MS Outlook 2002 installed on both my desktop and my laptop. I need to copy the calendar and address information from my desktop to my laptop. What are the filenames of the data files and where do they reside so I may copy them to my laptop?

I'm unsure what file names are associated with this specific file, however, you can back up your calendar using a new file name, and save it onto a USB key or a disc, and then you can import this on your laptop.

ALL Your Outlook settings are containsed in your Outlook.PST file. If you want just the calendar, Export your calendar items to a separate file.
