I use OUTLOOK EXPRESS. Outbox is not emptied when sending email and continues
Sending the same mail.

Delete the files in the outbox. Stop and restart Outlook Express. It should return to normal after that. If not, post back.

You might want to update to Windows Live Mail (Outlook Express's successor).
