Could I run fast enough on any planet to keep up with the sun??

If you mean run fast enough to keep, for example, the sun directly overhead: Yes; On Venus... at least until you got pooped out.

Venus' diameter is 7521 miles, and it rotates very slowly; once every 5400 hours.

Just make sure you take plenty of water if you want to try er out :p
