Please Help,
I have a Fuji FinePix F20 digital camera that is giving me a "zoom error" message when I power up. The lens cover will not open and the zoom is not working. I have tried to contact numorous websites for help with no luck. Please help

I expect this is time for a repair shop, unless you have the knowledge and tools to open it up yourself and figure out what's wrong.
