My employer has a single family home in Arapahoe County, Colorado. The former owner gave us a Quit Claim Deed (in lieu of foreclosure - he is over a year behind in payments). When my boss went to check the house, the former owner is not living there however his wife might be and there are definitely other relatives or friends there. Can anyone point me toward applicable law as to the procedure to evict these people? All I can find is landlord/tenant info and obviously there is no lease. :confused:

You would still follow the landlord/tenant eviction procedures I think.
