My son is on probation for a theft by deception charge, (took an undercover cops money to get him drugs and never returned) . He got 9 months probation , while on probation he was caught with a small amt of Marijuana, and some paraphernalia. He got arrested and was placed in jail . He did need to do some time in jail because he is a Heroin addict. He was in jail for about 3 weeks than placed in work release, after 3 weeks in work release he finally got a job . That lasted 1 day, he got fired for taking to long to get back, from work. He is now placed back in the county prison, and will be awaiting , who knows what . I guess he will get a revocation. What kind of sentence could he be looking at? I would hope it be some kind of intensive rehab program, which is what he needed to begin with.
Does any one have any idea?
