Hello,

My shower hot & cold water connection were reversed. Meaning in the cold water supply, hot water is coming out. It's hard for me to tear down the wall and reverse the connections because I'm not a handyman:confused:.

Can you help me solve the problem?:confused: Can I just replace (if available the shower cartridge or seats) to reverse the flow.:confused: My shower is made by Symmons Temprol brand.

Call the plumber back who installed the valve and have him correct his mistake. If this were a Moen all you would have to do is reverse the cartridge, but I can't see this happening here . The supplies will have to be reversed. Good luck, Tom
