I started a new job in feb and since march my employer has been paying me for more hours than I actually work. I don't fill in any time sheets so it is there mistake. What will happen if they find out this and will I have to pay it back

You will have to advise them, or ask them what is going on just to make sure you will not be required to pay anything back. Why wait ?

Yes. So this has been going on for the past 4 months? Yikes... by "overpaying" how much are we talking about? Hundreds... thousands?
I get paid £130 after tax so about £200 hundred pound a month
Why should I have to tell them its not my fault and could they sack me if I don't tell them and then they find out? I haven't even got a contract yet;)
I don't know british rules on this type of transaction, sarahfairley. Your information is sketchy at best. Just what are you doing for that money and is it tax free, are there deductions made from it ?
You obviously feel guilty for receiving that money. So what is the point of say, it isn't your fault, of course it isn't. If it is somebody's fault, then somebody will have to pay the piper. So why not own up and just ask them what is going on?
We can't tell you if they can sack you if you don't tell them. How could we know that ?
