My landlord only owns the land I'm on and called and told me I have 15 days to have my trailer gone because I supposedly called social services on someone or said something about someone,( not sure he won't elabborate) what can I do I can't afford to move or afford an attorney?Can he do this?Help!

Do you or did you have a lease? If you don't have a current lease, then you are on a month to month basis. The laws of your state (see the sticky at the top of this forum for links to state laws) will specify how much notice you have to be given.

If you are on a month to month basis, then the landlord can make you move as long as he complies with laws about notice.
