I did not mention in my question about returning security deposit. The tenant cashed the security check so I assumed they agreed to the amount. I did not hear anything back from them until a week later when they said they wanted the $350 back. Wouldn't the fact that they cashed the check signify acceptance of the amount of the security deposit. If they did not agree, the check should've been returned.
