Critical position of divorce

I would like to ask you a question about my brother who got married almost six months ago... these 6 months have been quite stressful for him and having a lot of clashes with his wife on certain things... ever since he got married to her.situation got the point where he divorced her
The first divorce was in dec the 30th
11 days after marriage it was in writing .
Saying
I divorced u .but they never got apart
After first divorce and they were still together
Day and night...
Second divorce happened in the mid of feb this year when he was very angry
And said it to his wife standing in front of him
But the next day they were together
Again
Third one happened a week ago on the phone
And since then
They are not in talking terms
And considering that this marriage is over..
Now the family are involved form both the sides and sorting out issues between them but we think it is too late as he divorced three times...
Could you please confirm if they are divorced or not and have come across Dr zakir nike speech
Where he mentioned that the woman has to complete three months period after being divorced to be legally out of the marriage bond.could you please confirm if this is the case
Can he bring her back home
Or if not what could be the alternative to get back together please let us know what Islam and Quran say about it and how we can get them together.
