I paid a process server to serve a summons against my tenant. The tenant evidently received it because I already received a demurer. And there's a court date.

However, the problem is the process server has no where to be found and I couldn't get a copy of the proof of service. What will I do in this situation?

Serve them again. You may have to continue your court date.

Why? Defendant filed the demurer, in effect admitting service. I don't see it as an issue.
