They are most effective first thing of a morning when your urine is more concentrated.
Taking them just before your next period would be due can also increase the effectiveness.

Yes, as I told you in the other thread you need to use first morning urine.

Please keep questions relating to the same topic in the one thread.

    Other reasons of missed periods
Is it possible that periods can be delayed to to any other reason than pregnancy because I am sure I had complete protected sex.

Stress or illness can cause you to miss your period or for it to be later/lighter/heavier than usual.
The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test at home followed by a doctors visit.

I see you are very worried about this but if you have questions about it would be more helpful to put all your worries in the one question instead of making (5 now) new topics.

Is there a planned parenthood in your area? That would be the first place I would look for information.

I take it you finally figured out the pregnancy tests since you're now asking about abortion?
